Recipe tips:

What Kind of Blue Cheese Should You Use? Choose a high-quality blue cheese, such as Gorgonzola, Roquefort, or Stilton, depending on your flavor preference. For a milder taste, opt for Danish Blue.

Why Use Greek Yogurt? Greek yogurt adds creaminess and tanginess while keeping the dressing lighter and higher in protein compared to traditional mayo-based versions.

Customizing the Flavor:

  • Prefer a thinner consistency? Add 1–2 tablespoons of milk or water until you reach your desired texture.
  • For extra tang, increase the apple cider vinegar or lemon juice slightly.

How to store?

Store the dressing in an air-tight container or glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving, as the ingredients may separate slightly over time.

What to serve blue cheese dressing with?

Serve with these Crispy Buffalo wings, Veggie platters, Air fryer small potatoes, Shrimp wedge salad, Oven fries, Pizza, Air fryer chicken thighs or Steak bites.

Making your own Blue Cheese Dressing without mayo is easier than you think, and the flavor is worth every step. Try it today and elevate your meals with this creamy, tangy dressing!
