Please don’t get bored! Everyone knows how much I love mojitos and enjoy creating my own versions with different fruits (mostly berries).

Making Mojito with simple syrup
I made this raspberry mojito with simple syrup.
It just makes the cocktail evenly sweet, I don’t like how sugar settles on the bottom and does not get dissolved in some drinks.
The combination of tart raspberries, lime and fresh mint is refreshing to the max!
Fresh berries – while I’ve had some criticism from some readers for leaving the flesh in this type of cocktails, I do believe that it should not be discarded.
If the berry seeds bother you, feel free to extract the juice from the raspberries and leave the seeds out.
I recently saw a recipe for raspberry mojito made with vodka, so you guys feel free to experiment.
Can you make a mojito with vodka?
I used rum in this one, but will definitely try it with vodka.
I hope you enjoy it! Or at least imagine you are at the beach!
