Vanilla Frappe Recipe

It is not a secret that I’m a huge coffee lover.

Here are some great coffee drinks I’ve shared with you so far: Iced Vanilla Coffee Latte, Frappe Coffee and Almond Milk Mocha Frappuccino.

And frappe is one of my favorite iced coffee drinks.

I prefer it to frappuccino. It is less sweet, there is more coffee flavor and it is just lighter.

Not many coffee shops offer frappe though, this is why I like to make it at home.

Frappe is a Greek iced coffee made with instant coffee, sugar, water, ice and sometimes milk, cream or condensed milk.

ThisĀ Vanilla Frappe Recipe is not a traditional frappe recipe and you’ll soon find out why.

It is made withĀ Simply PureĀ® VanillaĀ CoffeeĀ CreamerĀ and has the perfect balance of vanilla flavor and sweetness.

I recently got to try Simply PureĀ® coffee creamers and now I buy them regularly.

On my recent trip to Walmart, I got one of each Simply PureĀ® Vanilla And Caramel creamer.

They are available in the dairy section.

I use them in my morning coffee all the time.

They are my favoriteĀ everyday creamer. I love having them in the fridge.

They are the perfect fit for my lifestyle.

They addĀ the perfect flavor and sweetness.

Flavors as good as the ingredients theyā€™re made from and there are no artificial flavors or colors.

Made with only five simple ingredients, some of which real milk, cream and sugar.

What I love about Simply PureĀ® is that it doesn’t lose its flavor.

When you use Simply Pure, you don’t have to use extra creamer to get great flavor in your coffee.

What I love the most about Simply PureĀ® Creamers is that I can use them in light and delicious iced coffee recipes like thisĀ Vanilla Frappe Recipe.

This iced coffee drink is made with instant coffee, water, sugar (optional), Simply PureĀ® Vanilla Creamer and low fat milk (non dairy milk could be substituted).

I forgot to mention ice.

Five ingredients only + ice.

It is a nice andĀ refreshing afternoon drink.

I love it!

I usually make it in the afternoon, after I come back home from running errands and I need something to sip on, while I get ready to make dinner or I work on something at home.

As I mentioned adding additional sweetener to this vanilla frappe (like 1 tsp of sugar per drink) is optional, because the creamer is already sweet.

But adding sugar actually helps to make the drink frothy.

I combine 2 tsp instant coffee, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp cold water and use a milk frother (I have an attachment for my hand mixer, but you can just buy a frother) and beat with the frother for 2 minutes to get some foam.

Then I add ice to fill the glass and top with 1/3 cup Simply PureĀ® Vanilla Creamer and 1 cup low fat milk.

The drink is ready to enjoy! It comer together in less than 5 minutes.
