3.5oz(100gr) dried Tagliatelle pasta (you can use other pasta)
5oz(140gr) Sliced slices bacon
2oz(60gr) Sliced mushrooms
3tbspgrated Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
1tbspshopped green onion
Cook pasta according to instructions on the package
Set frying pan over median heat and add sliced bacon. Cook for 5 minutes and add sliced mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Cook for another 3 minutes and add sauce and about 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. Stir well and if sauce appears too thick add some water. (Use pasta cooking water).
Strain pasta and stir into sauce.
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and green onion.
