Ingredients 

  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups baby spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg, optional
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions 

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).

Wilt the spinach

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 1โ€“2 minutes, just until wilted.

Add seasonings and cream cheese

  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg (if using). Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in cream and artichokes

  • Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped artichoke hearts. Stir until well combined.

Add cheese

  • Mix in half of the mozzarella cheese until evenly incorporated.

Bake the dip

  • Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  • Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

  1. I made this with 12 oz. of frozen spinach, no artichokes, 8 oz of cream cheese, added a little more garlic (love the stuff), and it was delish!! Made it early, refrigerated it, and stuck it in the oven for an appetizer with dinner. Leftovers went in a freezer bag to be pulled out for a snack another time. So easy and good!!
