Ingredients

  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups baby spinach finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg optional
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Wilt the spinach

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes, just until wilted.

Add seasonings and cream cheese

  • Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg (if using). Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in cream and artichokes

  • Pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped artichoke hearts. Stir until well combined.

Add cheese

  • Mix in half of the mozzarella cheese until evenly incorporated.

Bake the dip

  • Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Serve

  • Remove from the oven and serve warm with vegetables or keto-friendly crackers.

Notes

  • Chop the spinach finely for a smoother, creamier dip.
  • If using frozen spinach, squeeze out excess moisture before adding.
  • Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
  • Reheat leftovers gently in the oven or microwave.
