This Apple Pie Cheesecake In A Jar Recipe – the perfect quick to make and super delicious, no bake sweet treat. Great for fall, made with a few simple ingredients in under 15 minutes. Store and serve it in a small mason jar for portion control and convenience.
While I love apples and buy them year round, fall is the time when apple recipes are trending.
With the variety of fresh apples these days, I decided to make a Apple Pie Cheesecake.
I also did some baking, so stay tuned for the recipes. And aside from all the homemade desserts, I’ve been eating an apple a day!
This dessert in a jar is so simple to prepare but bursting with apple spice flavor.
I cooked some chopped apple in coconut oil (butter can be used), sugar and apple pie spice.
Apple Pie Spice:
Don’t worry, if you don’t have apple pie spice, just plain old cinnamon will work, but the addition of cloves, nutmeg and ginger in apple pie spice is comforting and great for fall.
I also used some graham cracker crumbs, layering them between light no bake cheesecake filling, made with low fat cream cheese, thick Greek yogurt, agave nectar and apple pie spice. Yes, I used agave nectar in the filling, but brown sugar for the apples. You can use brown sugar in the filling, if you’d like.
And here you have it, a seasonal snack in a jar.
Cheesecakes in a jar are great for parties and potlucks. They are also perfect for breakfast. Well, not every day, but once in a while. This dessert will make a great addition to your lunch bag, or if you are into weekly meal prep, it will work very well!
I made these for a picnic last weekend. Speaking of picnic, you may also like this cake in a jar recipe, too!
This Healthy No Bake Apple Pie Cheesecake In A Jar Recipe makes 4 individual jars. You can easily double or triple it for a party.
