Strawberry Banana Coconut Ice Pops Recipe – light and sweet, loaded with fresh strawberries and bananas. Dairy and gluten free, vegan, perfect for a snack or dessert.

Strawberry Ice Pops

It is hot and humid out there. I know summer is nearing its end, but it certainly doesn’t feel like that around here.

All I need these days is a delicious, good quality frozen treat. I’ve been obsessed with frozen desserts this summer. I don’t know if pregnancy had anything to do with this, but I needed to have a frozen dessert every day. Throughout the summer, I made some frozen treats at home and also bought some from the store.

My all time favorite brand right now, which happens to also be dairy and gluten free – So Delicious Dairy Free®. I’ve been buying the Cashew Milk Salted Caramel Cluster flavor for a while, but this time I decided to also try the So Delicious Dairy Free® Coconut Milk Simply Strawberry, which tastes perfect!

I got it from the frozen section at my local Walmart. There are other flavors available, so feel free to check them out.

Cashew Milk Salted Caramel Cluster flavor is perfect for the hot weather! I love the sweet and salty combination and the extra crunch from the cashews inside.

The Coconut Milk Simply Strawberry is so creamy, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, no high-fructose corn syrup and Plant-based.

So Delicious Dairy Free® has been bringing joy to dairy-free lives for more than twenty-five years. They offer an array of delicious dairy-free delights you can feel good about sipping, biting, pouring, scooping, licking, and chugging throughout your day. From their world-class allergen-testing program to the innovative work they do creating products made with only the highest quality ingredients, they are committed to doing the right things for people and the planet.

Their products are Certified Vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified and Certified Kosher.

I love enjoying these frozen treats on their own, but this time I thought I could use them to make some Strawberry Banana Coconut ice pops. Everything tastes better on a stick, right?

I made pops with the So Delicious Dairy Free® Coconut Milk Simply Strawberry frozen treats, fresh bananas, strawberries and toasted shredded coconut. These Strawberry Banana Coconut ice pops turned into a great mid-afternoon snack for a hot summer day. Super simple to make, with just a few ingredients, popsicle molds and of course you need to be patient and let them freeze.
