Pineapple Mojito Cocktail Recipe – refreshing drink with tropical flavors just in time for summer. Enjoy it by the pool or at a party!
How did I miss to post this recipe? I was a little worried that I’m going to overwhelm you with all the mojitos on the blog. You can definitely find all sorts of mojitos in my recipe index.
The combination of sweet pineapple and rum is amazing!
The very first time I tried pineapple mojito was not on a tropical vacation! I tried it a Mexican restaurant in my old neighbourhood. This reminds me that I’ve been wanting to go there for a while.
They have a great selection of cocktails, but this pineapple mojito was my favorite. With a few adaptations, I’ve been making it at home very often. The only thing I did was to reduce the amount of mint, because theirs had way too much mint for me.
It is always awesome, when you can make your favorite drink at home! This one is super easy and perfect for summer! Get everything you need and enjoy a nice pineapple mojito at home!
