Blood Orange Margarita Recipe (Sugar Free) – fruity, fresh and delicious cocktail for spring.

A glass with Blood Orange Margarita Recipe (Sugar Free)

While I can still get my hands on blood oranges, I decided to share with you another quick and easy cocktail. This Blood Orange Margarita Recipe is perfect for Cinco de Mayo.

I’ve included a sugar-free option, since I’ve been off of sugar for a while, but if you do use sugar, you can easily adapt the recipe.

The fruity flavor of blood orange pairs nicely with smooth, spicy tequila and lime juice.

Before I made this Blood Orange Margarita the other day, I haven’t been enjoying a lot of cocktails lately.

I’ll occasionally have a glass of wine and that’s it.

Well, experimenting with margarita flavors has been on my list for months.

This easy fresh Strawberry Margarita is one of my favorite cocktails, it is pretty popular on the blog, too! It goes well with these Blackened Cod Fish Tacos and Taco Stuffed Avocado.

I served this margarita on the rocks and mixed all ingredients in a shaker, it takes a minute.

You can definitely try to make it frozen, I’d say try blending the ingredients for one margarita with 1/2 cup of ice, so you don’t dilute the drink too much.

What ingredients do you need to make blood orange margarita?
