Yogurt Breakfast  With Chia Seeds And Fresh Fruit

Today I decided to share with you a simple recipe for a healthy delicious light breakfast. It is a yogurt with chia seeds and fresh fruit.
Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, calcium, phosphorus and manganese. Their nutrient values are similar to those of other seeds like sesame and flax. They can be added to smoothies, cereals, yogurt, bread, can be made into a gelatin like substance or consumed raw.
I like adding chia seeds to my water and yogurt all the time.
The recipe I’m sharing today, can be prepared at night, so it is ready for the morning.
