Refreshing Honeydew And Chia Smoothie – light and sweet, perfect for summer.
Honeydew Smoothie
Still pretty hot around here. I’ve been trying to stay hydrated and eat a lot of fresh fruits. Just made this Honeydew And Chia Smoothie, I can’t wait to share with you!
This Honeydew And Chia Smoothie tastes like honeydew yogurt! When it is so hot outside I try to drink a lot of liquids. This also makes me experiment with new smoothie recipes.

This refreshing honeydew and chia smoothie requires just 5 ingredients and 2 minutes to make.

Naturally sweet from the honeydew, loaded with protein and probiotics from the yogurt and antioxidants from the chia seeds, I can call this honeydew and chia smoothie healthy and delicious!
Keep in mind that this is just a smoothie drink, not a meal. It is refreshing, but this is the kind of smoothie, that does not substitute a meal. Perfect for a hot summer day, when you need to rehydrate, but don’t feel like drinking plain old iced tea or just water. You can also take it by the pool!

I am all about the smoothies too! Being pregnant in this heat is no fun, is it. Adding this to my list of new smoothies to try!
This smoothie looks gorgeous, Mira! I love the combination of honeydew and chia seeds. Just what I need in this hot weather!
No one ever uses honeydew! And I love it- so hydrating and sweet. Love the chia, too 🙂
I love honeydew but never thought about adding it to a smoothie! I’ll bet it is wonderfully sweet without added sugar.
This does sound so refreshing! Thanks for sharing! I’ve pinned the recipe!
Thanks for stopping by!
