Using freshly grated parmesan cheese and high-quality chicken stock will elevate the taste even more.

- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

- Cook the garlic just until fragrant to avoid bitterness.
- Simmer the sauce gently to achieve a velvety consistency.
- Adjust seasoning gradually to balance the flavors perfectly.
How to Make The Recipe Low-Carb?
For those looking for a low-carb alternative, this dish can easily be modified:
- Swap traditional pasta for zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, or cauliflower gnocchi. I’m able to find some good quality low-carb jackfruit pasta here in Europe.
- Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter sauce.
- Reduce the pasta portion and add more chicken or vegetables like spinach and mushrooms.
How to customize the recipe?
- Make it Spicy: Add red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
- Add Greens: Toss in baby spinach or kale.
- Turn it into a Baked Pasta Dish: Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with extra parmesan, and broil for a golden crust.
- Use a Different Protein: Try it with shrimp, salmon, or tofu for a different take on the recipe.

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
