I made a Caramel Apple Waffle Cake, using Kellogg’s® Eggo® Spider-Man Mixed Berry Marvel, 16 ct. It is so simple, sweet and delicious. Ready in 10 minutes and even your kids can get involved in making it.
Made with homemade whipped cream, caramel sauce and fresh apples.
You can use store bought caramel sauce or make it yourself. I’ve included a couple of decorating options – one waffle cake is topped with sliced apples and the other one is topped with caramel apple. Fall themed and cute waffle cakes.

This is how I got the idea for this Caramel Apple Waffle Cake Recipe. Caramel and apples scream fall to me! It is also a delicious combination.
I used the Kellogg’s® Eggo® Spider-Man Mixed Berry Marvel,16 ct, that are packed with berries. The addition of caramel, whipped cream and apples was just perfect!
A box of Kellogg’s® Eggo® Spider-Man Mixed Berry Marvel,16 ct is enough for 4 waffle cakes.
All you need to do is layer them with some caramel whipped cream and top with apple slices, caramel sauce and more whipped cream. I also dipped some apples in caramel sauce, inserted a stick and topped some of the cakes with caramel apple. They turned into great individual fall desserts.

Caramel Apple Waffle Cake Recipe
- 16 Kellogg's® Eggo® Spider-Man Mixed Berry Marvel
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup caramel sauce
- 4 apples, small
- Prepare waffles, following the directions on the package.
- Add heavy cream and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until stiff peaks form. Add 3 tbsp caramel sauce and mix to combine.
- Dip apples in caramel sauce, of slice into pieces, if you prefer to decorate the waffle cakes this way.
- You need 4 waffles for each waffle cake. Layer waffles with layers of whipped cream and about 1 tbsp caramel sauce in between. Top with sliced apples or caramel apples, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
