Why I love drinking hot tea?

I was not a huge hot tea drinker until recently. Things have changed and drinking tea has turned into a part of my lifestyle.

I now enjoy a cup of hot tea on a relaxing afternoon, after I’m done with work. I also like to make a hot tea on the go, when I’m running errands and put it in a thermos cup.

It keeps me warm, since it is still pretty cold around here, and also hydrated. It also goes well with some tea desserts that I often make. I simply love my daily cup of tea and I enjoy discovering different tea varieties.

I often get asked what do I love most about tea? And there are quite a few things I love.

The whole process of drinking hot tea makes me relax. It is a calming ritual and I prefer doing it while listening some music and I’m by myself. To me, tea is a ritual and when we share that ritual with others we can make connection that we will carry with us in life.

By drinking my every day cup of tea, I get into the habit to stop and connect with myself.
On certain days I get so busy so I don’t remember to drink water. But since I’m so used to drinking tea, it helps to keep me hydrated.

I love the flavors of the teas I drink and I’ve discovered a great tea, that my husband and I both love – the Lipton 100% Natural Black Tea, that has been around for a while, but has a new look. Don’t let the new packaging fool you, it is still has the same great taste.
