Chia Grapefruit Drink Recipe - made with chia seeds, fresh grapefruit juice, ice, water and Truvia Natural Sweetener. Light, sweet and refreshing. Perfect to start your day or as an energy afternoon drink.

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 pack Truvia Natural Sweetener 40ct Packets


  1. Combine chia seeds with 3 tbsp water in a small bowl. Let them stand for 5 minutes, until the chia seeds gelify.

  2. Add ice to a glass (jar). Add the gelified chia seeds, 1 packet of Truvia Natural Sweetener 40ct Packets, juice from 1 grapefruit and top with water.
