- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 pack Truvia Natural Sweetener 40ct Packets
Combine chia seeds with 3 tbsp water in a small bowl. Let them stand for 5 minutes, until the chia seeds gelify.
Add ice to a glass (jar). Add the gelified chia seeds, 1 packet of Truvia Natural Sweetener 40ct Packets, juice from 1 grapefruit and top with water.
