- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice optional
- 1-2 tbsp Agave nectar or sweetener of your choice
- Berries for garnishing optional
