How To Make Greek Salad Recipe

Quick and simple to make, healthy and delicious, loaded with fresh Mediterranean flavors. Perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 garlic clove minced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Pinch of black pepper

Salad:

  • 2 cups Tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 2/3 cup Olives
  • 1 red and 1 green peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese cubes 5 oz

Instructions

Dressing:

  • Place all ingredients in a jar and close the lid.
  • Shake 5-6 times, them pour on top of the salad.

For the salad:

  • Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers and feta cheese in a bowl.
  • Pour the dressing on top.
  • Serve.

Notes

Variation with lettuce:
(Optional: Add 2 cups of chopped lettuce to the salad)
