Easy Granola Recipe. Homemade, crunchy, and flavorful granola, paired with Two Good™ Greek lowfat yogurt, nuts, and berries. Great for a delicious breakfast or snack. Lower sugar yogurt paired with granola is both nutritious and delicious.

  • 1 3/4  cups  old-fashioned rolled oats
  • tbsp  maple syrup
  • tbsp  coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp  salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • up to 1 cup raw or toasted nuts


  1. In a small saucepan, heat together the coconut oil and liquid sweetener over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir to combine. Add in the cinnamon and salt.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray or covering with parchment paper. Set aside.

  3. Place rolled oats in a bowl. Pour the mixture on top and stir to coat.

  4. Spread mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at least once.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Add roasted or raw nuts of your choice and dried fruit (optional).

Recipe Notes

To make the granola yogurt bowls:
Add 1/4 cup of granola to a bowl. Add 1/3 cup Two GoodTM Greek lowfat yogurt  Vanilla to the bowl. Top with fresh berries.
