Garlic Basil Mushrooms Recipe With Dorot Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb button white mushrooms — , sliced
  • 2 shallots — , chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cubes Dorot crushed garlic
  • 2 cubes Dorot chopped parsley
  • 2 cubes Dorot chopped basil
  • salt and black pepper — (1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and shallots. Cook for 7-8 minutes, until most of the liquid released from the mushrooms has evaporated.
  2. Add garlic and herbs, stir. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, until liquid has evaporated and mushrooms are cooked.
  3. Add balsamic glaze on top and stir. Serve warm.
