Ingredients

For the blood orange smoothie bowl:

  • 1 cup frozen banana — 2 small or 1 large banana
  • 1 cup almond milk — or any non dairy milk
  • 2 blood oranges — 2 small or 1 large
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp sweetener of your choice — agave, maple syrup, honey

Topping (optional):

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 banana — sliced
  • 1/2 blood orange — sliced

Instructions

For the blood orange smoothie bowl:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour into a bowl.

    Top with topping of your choice.
