For the blood orange smoothie bowl:
- 1 cup frozen banana 2 small or 1 large banana
- 1 cup almond milk or any non dairy milk
- 2 blood oranges 2 small or 1 large
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp sweetener of your choice agave, maple syrup, honey
Topping (optional):
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1/2 blood orange sliced
For the blood orange smoothie bowl:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Pour into a bowl.Top with topping of your choice.
