Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk any non dairy milk is fine
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Spirulina powder can use up to 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 banana frozen

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
