- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 scoops Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Booster Chocolate 3-4 scoops are ok, each scoop is 3 tbsp protein
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (other berries of your choice could be substituted)
- 2 tbsp water (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into ice cube tray or a rubber molds (I used this Wilton Daisy Mold).Freeze for at least 4 hours. Don't store bites in the mold for longer than 1 day, because they may turn too dry in the freezer. Remove bites from the mold and place in a zip lock bag. Keep frozen.
