– 2 tbsp Chia seeds – 1/2 cup Almond milk — any nut milk – Pinch of salt – 2 tbsp Sweetener (liquid) — sugar or Maple syrup – 1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder – Topping: Shaved or chopped dark chocolate — cacao nibs, Berries

Step 1

 Stir together the cocoa powder and chia seeds. Add the milk, sweetener and salt. Stir very well. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add your favorite toppings and serve.
