– 2 tbsp Chia seeds – ▢1/2 cup Almond milk, any nut milk – ▢Pinch of salt – ▢2 tbsp Sweetener (liquid), sugar or Maple syrup – ▢1 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder – ▢Topping: Shaved or chopped dark chocolate, cacao nibs, Berries

Stir together the cocoa powder and chia seeds. Add the milk, sweetener and salt. Stir very well. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add your favorite toppings and serve.
