Ingredients

– 1/2 cup peanut butter – 1/4 cups low-carb sweetener – 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp vanilla – 1/4 cup coconut – 1 egg – 2 tsp cocoa powder – 1/4 cup chocolate chips – 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl combine the nut butter, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla, egg, coconut and cocoa powder. Stir to incorporate. Add in the chocolate chips and nuts, stir to combine.

3. Bake for 12-14 minutes, then cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, before consuming.
