INGREDIENTS

3 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half or into quarters ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢1/8 tsp black pepper ▢1/4 tsp oregano ▢2 tsp apple cider vinegar ▢2 tbsp balsamic vinegar ▢1/4 cup olive oil ▢1/2 small red onion, diced ▢6 oz 90 grams Burrata cheese ▢Fresh basil leaves – t tbsp freshly chopped + more for garnishing

Step 1

Mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, fresh basil and onion in a bowl.

Step 2

Toss the tomatoes into the dressing. Let them marinate for 10-30 minutes.

Step 3

Add a ball of burrata in the middle. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
