– 1/4 cup tahini, homemade or store bought – ▢1/4 cup lemon juice – ▢1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil – ▢2 tbsp water – ▢1 tsp Dijon Mustard – ▢1 tsp honey or maple syrup – ▢1/2 tsp salt – ▢Pinch of black pepper, optional

Step 1

In a small bowl or a glass measuring cup combine the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, honey (optional), salt and pepper.

Step 2

Whisk to combine. If the dressing is too thick add more water. Add the water and stir to incorporate. Refrigerate in an air-tight container of a glass jar for up to 7 days.
