– 6 cups broccoli – 1/4 cup red onion — diced – 1/2 cup bacon — chopped – 1/4 cup dried cherries — OPTIONAL, YES I KNOW THEY CONTAIN A LOT OF CARBS, BUT I CUT THEM INTO SMALL PIECES AND USE VERY LITTLE OF THEM – 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or nuts — Keto friendly nuts – 2/3 cup mayo – 2 tbsp yogurt – 1/2 tsp salt — or more to taste – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1 tbsp low-carb sweetener — or more to taste – 1 tbsp lemon juice — optional

Step 1

Cut broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Step 2

Place in a bowl. Add the bacon, onion, dried fruit, sunflower seeds (or nuts if yip are using any).

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the mayo, sweetener, salt, pepper, lemon juice and yogurt. Whisk to incorporate.

Step 4

Pour dressing over the broccoli, stir to evenly cover in dressing. Serve or refrigerate and serve the next day.
