Easy Low-Carb, Keto Spinach Dip




– 5 oz cream cheese – 4 cups baby spinach — finely chopped – 1 tbsp butter – 1/4 tsp garlic powder – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1/3 cup heavy cream – 1/8 tsp nutmeg — optional – 1/2 cup artichoke hearts — chopped – 1 cup mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup parmesan cheese — optional

Step 1

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the chopped spinach, cook for 2 minutes, until wilted. Add salt, pepper, garlic and nutmeg.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese, with the heat on low, using a wooden spoon or spatula, incorporate the cream cheese into the spinach. Add the cream. Add the artichoke hearts. Mix in 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 3

Transfer to a small oven safe baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-15 minutes at 350 F, until the cheese is bubbly. Serve.
