Crispy Air Fryer  Small Potatoes

Ingredients

– 1 1/2 lb small new baby potatoes – 2 tbsp grapeseed oil – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1/2 to 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp dried dill or oregano — or both/optional

1. Wash potatoes very well, make sure there is no dirt or debris on them.

2. Dry with paper towel.

3. Cut in half, if potatoes are too big.

4. Place in a bowl, drizzle with oil, add the seasoning.

5. Toss to spread the seasoning evenly.

6. Preheat Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 400 F (200 C).

7. Add seasoned potatoes in a single layer.

8. Cook for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until crispy and fully cooked.

9. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes, if needed.

10. Serve warm.
