INGREDIENTS

– 1 1/2 lb small new baby potatoes – ▢2 tbsp grapeseed oil – ▢1 tsp garlic powder – ▢1 tsp salt – ▢1/4 tsp black pepper – ▢1/2 to 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika – ▢1/2 tsp dried dill or oregano, or both/optional

Step 1

Wash potatoes very well, make sure there is no dirt or debris on them. Dry with paper towel. Cut in half, if potatoes are too big.

Step 2

Place in a bowl, drizzle with oil, add the seasoning. Toss to spread the seasoning evenly. Preheat Air Fryer for 3 minutes at 400 F (200 C).

Step 3

Add seasoned potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until crispy and fully cooked.

Step 4

Cook for additional 2-3 minutes, if needed. Serve warm.
