Corn On The Cob In The Air Fryer

– 2 ears of corn — shucked – Salt and pepper to taste – Oil cooking spray – Melted butter — optional for serving

1. Cut corn in half or into quarters (optional).

2. Lightly spray with oil spray.

3. Season with salt and pepper (optional).

4. Set the air fryer for 400 F for 12 minutes (the corn might be done at 10 minutes, but sometimes it is not tender enough so I cook it for 2 more minutes).

5. Spray the Air fryer basket with cooking spray.

6. Add the corn.

7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and lightly charred.

8. Spray with oil spray and turn corn while cooking 1-2 times, if you'd like.

9. Brush with melted butter once you take the corn out of the air fryer (optional). Olive oil can be substituted.
