Ingredients

iceberg lettuce cherry tomatoes blue cheese purple onions bacon parsley Dressing: blue cheese sour cream mayonnaise garlic milk lemon juice salt black pepper

1. In a large bowl place the chopped iceberg, tomatoes, onions, bacon and blue cheese.

2. Add the dressing and using kitchen tongs try to coat the vegetables, bacon and cheese in dressing.

3. In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese with sour cream until smooth.

4.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.

5. Store in the fridge, until ready to use in the salad.
