INGREDIENTS

1 medium head of iceberg lettuce ▢1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped ▢1/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese ▢1/4 cup purple onions, chopped ▢8 sliced bacon, cooked and chopped ▢1 tbsp Parsley, chopped (optional) ▢Dressing: ▢1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese ▢1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt ▢1/4 cup mayonnaise ▢1 small garlic clove, minced ▢1 tbsp milk ▢2 tbsp lemon juice, or vinegar ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢black pepper to taste

Step 1

In a large bowl place the chopped iceberg, tomatoes, onions, bacon and blue cheese.

Step 2

Add the dressing and using kitchen tongs try to coat the vegetables, bacon and cheese in dressing.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese with sour cream until smooth.

Step 4

Add remaining ingredients and mix well until combined. Store in the fridge, until ready to use in the salad.
