– 1 lb Brussel sprouts – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/8 tsp Pepper – 1 tbsp Vegetable oil – 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar – 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional

1. Cut off the ends of the Brussel sprouts and cut the sprouts in half.

2.  In a bowl combine the Brussel sprouts with oil, salt, pepper and Balsamic.

3. Preheat Air fryer at 400 F for 5 min.

4. Cook in a single layer at 400 F for a total of 10 minutes, tossing at least once, half way through.

5. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
