Filet Mignon

Filet Mignon Tender, juicy, flavorful.

Ingredients

  • one 8 oz filet mignon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat a gas grill to medium high heat (450 F).
  • Season fillets with salt and pepper. Let them sit with the seasoning on for 5 minutes.
  • Grill for 4 minutes per side for medium rare (130 F), Medium (140 F) 5-6 minutes per side, Medium Well to well done 150 to 160 F, 8-10m minutes per side.
  • Remove from the grill, cover with foil and let the fillet rest for 5-7 minutes, then serve.
