Ingredients

  • 6 cups broccoli
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries OPTIONAL, YES I KNOW THEY CONTAIN A LOT OF CARBS, BUT I CUT THEM INTO SMALL PIECES AND USE VERY LITTLE OF THEM
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or nuts Keto friendly nuts
  • 2/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp low-carb sweetener or more to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Cut broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.Â
  • Rinse under cold water and drain.
  • Place in a bowl. Add the bacon, onion, dried fruit, sunflower seeds (or nuts if yip are using any).
  • In a bowl, combine the mayo, sweetener, salt, pepper, lemon juice and yogurt. Whisk to incorporate.
  • Pour dressing over the broccoli, stir to evenly cover in dressing. Serve or refrigerate and serve the next day.
  • Not a fan of sweet broccoli salad dressing? You can leave the sweetener out.
