Steak Bites Recipe - juicy, flavorful and easy to make pieces of Sirloin steak. Cooked on the stove top and ready in 10 minutes. Perfect for a snack, appetizer or as an addition to your main meal.

  • 1 1/2 lb steak — Sirloin works best, but you can also use Ribeye or even Fillet Mignon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder — or less
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter — unsalted
  • additional seasoning of your choice — optional


  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan on the stove top over medium-high heat. The oil /butter mixture has to get hot.
  4. Add the seasoned steak and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they get a nice crust.
  5. Serve.
