Easy Granola Recipe

Easy Granola Recipe. Homemade, crunchy, and flavorful granola, paired with Two Good™ Greek lowfat yogurt, nuts, and berries. Great for a delicious breakfast or snack. Lower sugar yogurt paired with granola is both nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4  cups  old-fashioned rolled oats
  • tbsp  maple syrup
  • tbsp  coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp  salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • up to 1 cup raw or toasted nuts

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat together the coconut oil and liquid sweetener over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir to combine. Add in the cinnamon and salt.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray or covering with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Place rolled oats in a bowl. Pour the mixture on top and stir to coat.
  • Spread mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring at least once.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Add roasted or raw nuts of your choice and dried fruit (optional).

Notes

To make the granola yogurt bowls:
Add 1/4 cup of granola to a bowl. Add 1/3 cup Two GoodTM Greek lowfat yogurt  Vanilla to the bowl. Top with fresh berries.
