Mini Cheese Balls Appetizer

Mini Cheese Balls Appetizer - made from Kaukauna® Sharp Cheddar Cheese Ball, then covered in chopped hazelnuts, chopped olives, chopped red peppers and cornichons. The perfect mini cheese bites to make for the holidays. Easy to make and crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz Kaukauna® Sharp Cherrar Cheese Ball
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped cornichons or pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives (preferably in water, not oil)
  • 1/4 cup chopper roasted red peppers make sure they are dry
  • chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  • Bring the cheese ball to room temperature. Using a tablespoon, scoop out cheese and roll into balls.
  • Toss each ball in either chopped hazelnuts, cornichons, olives or red peppers. Press the toppings to set.
  • Arrange on a platter and serve.
