  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2/3-1 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tbsp orange zest


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.

  2. Allow mixture to simmer about 10 - 15  minutes, stirring occasionally. Cranberries will pop. Let sauce cool for about 20 - 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
