Honey Feta Orzo

Honey Feta Orzo - a delicious sweet and savory combination of orzo pasta, feta cheese and honey. Great for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked Orzo
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cold butter
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled, or more to taste
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  • Cook orzo in salted water, following the directions on the package.
  • Drain, but do not rinse with cold water.
  • Return to the pot and stir in butter.
  • Top with feta, honey and drizzle lemon juice.
  • Serve warm.
