- 1 cup uncooked Orzo
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cold butter
- 4 oz feta cheese crumbled, or more to taste
- 4 tbsp honey
- lemon juice to taste
Cook orzo in salted water, following the directions on the package.
Drain, but do not rinse with cold water.
Return to the pot and stir in butter.
Top with feta, honey and drizzle lemon juice.
Serve warm.
