In a bowl beat together butter, egg yolks and vanilla for 2 minutes. Add orange zest. Beat to combine. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add in the contents of the jar. Beat for 2 minutes, until incorporated.
Divide dough into 2 equal parts and form 2 logs, 1-inch in diameter. Wrap with plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Slice logs into cookies 1/3-inch thick
Transfer to the baking sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Cool for 2 min on the baking sheet and remove.
