Avocado Filo Cups - quick and easy to make snack, which is also great for a party appetizer. Made with two simple ingredients -  store bought mini filo dough cups and SIMPLY AVOCADO™ Sea Salt, plus topping, that is totally optional. Creative and effortless mini bites, that are nutritious, festive and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 24 mini filo shells
  • 1 container WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADO™ Dip Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  • Open filo shells package and transfer to a platter. Fill each one with about 1 tbsp WHOLLY® SIMPLY AVOCADO™ Dip Sea Salt. Top with toppings of your choice - I used all three - fest, pomegranate seeds and chopped tomatoes. Enjoy!
