  • 13.4 oz round of brie cheese
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 2/3 cups sun dried tomatoes, chopped — About 8 tomatoes. I used sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits — optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • crackers for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Remove brie from the packaging and place on the baking sheet. Spread the pesto sauce on top. Add the sun dried tomatoes.

  3. Bake for 13-15 minutes.

  4.  Remove from the oven. Top with pine nuts, bacon (optional) and basil. Serve.
