Instructions
Add all ingredients to a crock pot.
Cook for at least 8 hours on low, or 5 hours on high. The recipe makes a huge batch, so additional cooking time may be required.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced jalapeños (optional).
Notes
You can add up to 1/2 can of extra tomatoes, depending on the taste you prefer.
