  • 7 oz ball pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 4 La Morena Whole Pickled Jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Provolone cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  1. Place the bottom rack of a gas oven at its lowest spot. Place a pizza stone over it. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Dust a pizza peel with cornmeal. Spread the pizza dough over it. Sprinkle the basil over it. Spread the tomato (marinara sauce), leaving about 1 cm on the outside. Brush that outside with olive oil. Spread a layer of the cheese blend.
  3. Slice the La Morena Whole Jalapeños into rounds. Add them over the cheese.
  4. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the crust has turned golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.
