Wash and peel carrots. Cut into 1/2 -inch thick rounds. Place on a bowl and add seasonings + 2 tbsp olive oil. Toss to combine.
Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat (450F).
Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place carrots in the middle. Wrap tightly.
Grill carrots for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
To serve, drizzle some lemon juice over them.
