Grilled Carrots In Foil Recipe - quick recipe, made with some carrots and simple seasoning. Wrapped in aluminum foil and grilled until tender. Perfect for a side dish or to add to a salad of grain bowl.

  • 4 carrots large — about 1 pound
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsey — dry or fresh (chopped)
  • 1 tsp summer savory seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon — to drizzle over the cooked carrots (optional)


  1. Wash and peel carrots. Cut into 1/2 -inch thick rounds. Place on a bowl and add seasonings + 2 tbsp olive oil. Toss to combine.

  2. Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat (450F).

  3. Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place carrots in the middle. Wrap tightly.

  4. Grill carrots for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.

  5. To serve, drizzle some lemon juice over them.
