Ingredients

  • 4 carrots large about 1 pound
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsey dry or fresh (chopped)
  • 1 tsp summer savory seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon to drizzle over the cooked carrots (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and peel carrots. Cut into 1/2 -inch thick rounds. Place on a bowl and add seasonings + 2 tbsp olive oil. Toss to combine.
  • Preheat gas grill to medium-high heat (450F).
  • Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place carrots in the middle. Wrap tightly.
  • Grill carrots for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
  • To serve, drizzle some lemon juice over them.
